The Beauty Inc Store offers the following Returns Policy: 

On Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Under Federal Law, we cannot offer returns on hair products due to hygiene concerns.  However, we try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately; @ info@mybeautyinc.com. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected products. A Customer Care Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care Specialist.
